trade solution between China and USA. We are headquartered in Fremont, California, in the heart of
Silicon Valley, with branch offices in Suzhou and Shanghai, China. Currently we have about 80 employees.
We are supported by AMAX Engineering Corporation, a
computer IT solution provider for over twenty years in Silicon Valley, with US$200 million annual
revenue. CHINAnUSA.com inherits strengths from AMAX Engineering Corporation. We are very
execution-minded, strong in logistics and sales channels build-out. Given the ethnic Chinese root,
we have been very successful in developing China market; given the company's geographical location and
years of successful business operation in the US, we have also been successful in penetrating the US
market. As implied in our name, we are focused on the cross border trading between China and U.S.,
where we clearly have strengths and sensible solutions in business development.

Cross-border trading is one of the most complex
procurement processes and has always been plagued with inefficiencies due to complicated trading
procedures and fragmented markets. Cultural differences, various government regulations, and even
different political environment are the causing factors. If inefficient trading practices are left
neglected, substantial trade opportunities across country borders brought by China's accession into
the WTO will certainly not be fully capitalized.
With the advances of technologies, especially
Internet, the earth is transforming closer and closer to a Global Village. The adoption of Euro,
